Tierra Hermosa Villas is a project by D.L. Freeman, Inc. and Amado Hermosa, LLC. The project consists of 56 town homes with three bedrooms and three baths, each town home has a downstairs bedroom/or optional den. There are also 28 carriage homes with two bedrooms and two baths. The carriage homes are located above the garages and offer direct access via private two car garage or foyer entrance which contains a single staircase to the living quarters which is all on one level.

Tierra Hermosa features two gas barbeque areas and two large community pools & spas with covered cabanas with a fireplace, restrooms, and a shower.

All units are individually framed and insulated, and do not share walls which make for a more home like feeling and higher quality building. The project was built in the downtown area (section 14) of Palm Springs on 9.90 acres. The Ground Lease is currently $1,800.00 per year paid in full every January 1st and will continue until December 31st, 2067. The HOA is currently around $228.00 per month (as of 2007).

The Mediterranean Villas are currently completed and SOLD OUT. However resale homes continue to pop up every now and again in this development.
