A licensed California Real Estate salesperson, Rosemarie Laviada has been a member of the Palm Springs brokerage team since 2002. With a successful background in management and consulting for major California medical centers, she was honored by Midway Hospital and the L.A. Business Council for successfully spearheading and implementing an industrial medicine program that became the benchmark for the medical industry in the Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
As a Cathedral City resident for many years, Rosemarie has been involved in fine arts, antique appraisals and liquidation in addition to being a talented artist in her own right.
