Other homes in the Victoria Park neighborhood are list between $299,500 and $329,500.  The house for $329,500 is need and clean, has a pool and has languished on the market for 907 days.  Compare at $261,250.  The bank should play let’s make a deal.  Asking $261,250.  Listed 4/4/08.

MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE: Thumbs down.  This unbelievable home is located in the Demuth Park Area of Palm Springs.  This home sits low on the lot and a concrete parking area was constructed in the front yard which causes one to walk down a steep ramp to the front door.  All in all we saw absolutely no redeeming qualities to this property.  Listed 3/25/08.
