MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE: Thumbs up and thumps down.  We could not quiet figure what to do with this one.  This Palm Springs Ruth Hardy Park house has been added on to extensively, in our opinion too extensively as it appears the house covers more of the lot than code will allow.  All the additions make the house feel cavernous.  A portion of the house could come down to make a covered patio and help this cave like feeling go away.  The kitchen is gone.  We still feel for the central Palm Springs area and the square footage this house could be a winner.  Asking $269,900.  Listed 4/4/08.
