MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE:  Thumbs up.  This house has a nice corner lot with big views of the mountain.  The pool is in the front of the house which takes advantage of the views.  Located in the Ruth Hardy Park area of Palm Springs, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2.25 baths.  The problem with this home are the additions.  The living room of this bank owned property feels dark and the converted garage is unattractive living space.  A new garage has been added.  This house would function much better with two double car garages.  We love the lot although.  Asking $474,900.
