MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE: Thumbs Up.  Well, We don’t know quiet what to say about this home except it is very interesting.  We spent a lot of time here trying to figure out what to do to make this house smashing.  Apparently the garage, which could be  four bay, has four rooms plus room for two cars.  There is no plumbing in these rooms so it hard to figure what function they may have had.  To us, these rooms need to be removed and thus revealing a four car garage.  There is a great room which we liked, but the ceilings are low in the kitchen.  Bring your imagination and you might discover an interesting house.  Listed 2/11/08

MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE: Thumbs down.  What a great location but we find the house rambling with ill conceived add ons.  The garage has been converted and a detached garage was added in the backyard.  It is ugly to look at from the house and from the pool destroying the west views.  If priced right and you brought a wrecking ball this house could have some potential.  The lot is large and really nice if for not the house being there!!!!
