Looking for REO in Palm Desert area, preferably, but might consider
one to the west (Rancho Mirage) or south (North La Quinta).
The listing at La Palme in Palm Springs for $199,000 sounds interesting,
however.

I have a friend that picked up a place in Palm Springs 3 bedroom 2 bath gated condo $90,000. Rancho Mirage ( I think the name was) this was a bank repo from a bank he was in.
I like the gate guarded Do you know of someone that handles repo’s Palm Springs
