MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE: Thumbs down.  Although we think this home has a very good floorplan including a bonus room, it does need a lot of work, not just cosmetic but baths, kitchens and more.  There is lots of marble flooirng and granilte but the workmanship is of very poor quality.  If this Palm Springs  Desert Park Estate should be reduced in price it might be worth a look.  Listed 2/15/08.
