MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE:  Thumbs Down!!!  This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood dead central in Palm Springs - on a quiet street.  The house itself has been modified…somehow…with “somebody’s” rather interesting ideas.  Let’s just say…it needs to be “re-modified” and it could very well cost a bit of money.  Without a pool/spa, without a garage,….this house “appears” to have an inappropriate price tag on it.  Don’t shoot me for my opinion - but I’m thinking the high $200K???  JUST my opinion.  But we’ll gladly show it to you and present a reasonable offer for you.
