MOORE-CARLSON GROUP OPINION OF VALUE:  Thumbs Down!!!  This condo is actually not bad.  It has quite a few nice upgrades done - the flooring, kitchen, bathroom countertops, remote ceiling fans….just a few things I noticed.  The Thumbs Down part reflects the price.  Once this condo receives an appropriate price reduction - or accepts a reasonable offer, it condo could quickly become a Thumbs Up!!!!
